*Our client is only seeking applicants with prior Accounts Receivable experience for this role*
- Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, M-F
- Hybrid Schedule after training
- 2 Days in Office
- 3 Days Work from Home
- Hybrid Schedule after training
- Pay: $23-24/hr, based on experience
- Handles outbound calls to customers to collect on past due payments.
- Monitors accounts receivable summary for delinquency through related reports on a daily basis.
- Initiates appropriate collection activity via past due notices, telephone, and email correspondence.
- Initiates, tracks and maintains all records/files associated with collection activities for each account to include negotiated payment schedules, telephone call documentation and collection letters.
- HS Diploma, College degree or coursework preferred.
- At least 1 year of accounts receivable and/or business to business collections experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Successful completion of Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check
